We are incredibly excited to introduce our very first guest. He is a guy who struggled with his weight for most of his life all while following the mainstream dietary advice to eat margarine instead of butter, drink diet soda, drink low-fat milk, and eat low fat foods. He followed the USDA food pyramid advice and it led him to the point of being 100 pounds overweight, low energy and miserable. In his professional life, he was a successful heart surgeon but in terms of his health, he was failing.
This is all until he came to the realization that he had been duped by bad advice. Little by little, he dug into the literature and realized most of the conventional dietary advice perpetuated across society was based on lies. Now, he has reclaimed his health and is on a crusade to educate you, the public about how you can take control of your health too.
